Delete your EyeBlinkIt account and data

In the app

  1. Open EyeBlinkIt → Settings → Account & backup.
  2. Signed in: tap Delete my account and data. This permanently deletes your account, your backup and the history on the phone. Not signed in: tap Delete my data on this phone.
  3. Confirm with Delete. Your reminder settings stay so the app keeps working.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my EyeBlinkIt account” from the address you signed in with. We delete the account and all its backed-up data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account (account ID, name, email address and sign-in method)
  • Your backup: daily break totals, settings and progress summary
  • Nothing is kept afterwards, except where the law requires us to keep a record of a purchase
