EyeBlinkIt Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Who we are

EyeBlinkIt is made by DevEntia Tech. This policy explains what the app stores, what it sends to us, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].

What stays on your phone

You can use EyeBlinkIt without an account. Your reminder settings and your break history are stored on your phone and are not sent to us unless you turn on backup.

Reminders are scheduled on your phone. We do not use push servers to send them.

What we collect

  • Backup (optional): if you back up with Google, Apple or email, we store your account ID, name and email address, your daily break totals and your settings so you can restore them on another phone.
  • Usage analytics (you can turn this off in Settings → Privacy): app events such as onboarding steps, reminders shown and the actions taken on them, plus an app instance ID, device model, operating system version, app version and approximate country. Analytics never use your advertising ID.
  • Crash reports (you can turn this off in Settings → Privacy): technical details about crashes and errors, such as the device model and the code location of the error.
  • Purchases (if you buy Pro): a record that a purchase was made, from Google Play or the App Store through RevenueCat. We never receive your card details.

Ads (Android app)

The free Android app shows a banner ad from Google AdMob on its main screens. There are no ads during breaks, exercises or reminders, and the iPhone app shows no ads.

To show, measure and limit ads, Google may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address (which gives an approximate location), device information and your interactions with the ads. Where the law requires it (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices.

How Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data. Our analytics never collect your advertising ID and are never used for ads.
  • We do not use your camera, microphone, contacts or photos, or your precise location.
  • The iPhone app does not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use it

  • To back up and restore your progress when you ask us to.
  • To understand which features help and to fix problems (analytics and crash reports).
  • To show ads that keep the Android app free.
  • To unlock Pro on your devices after a purchase.
  • To answer you when you contact us.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics and Crashlytics), Google AdMob (ads in the Android app), Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, RevenueCat for purchases, and Google Play and the App Store. They process data under their own privacy terms. Data is encrypted in transit.

How long we keep it

  • Backup data: until you delete it or your account.
  • Analytics: up to 14 months.
  • Crash reports: up to 90 days.

Your choices

  • Turn analytics or crash reports off at any time in Settings → Privacy.
  • Ads: change your consent in Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices (where offered). To stop personalised ads, delete or reset your advertising ID in your phone’s settings (Google → Ads).
  • Delete your data and account in the app: Settings → Account & backup → Delete my account and data.
  • Or ask us to delete it: [email protected]. Instructions: deventiatech.com/eyeblinkit/delete-account
  • Turn reminders off in the app or in your phone settings.

Security

Backed-up data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Access rules allow only your signed-in account to read or change your data.

Children

EyeBlinkIt is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
